The views from our room were amazing, and the jacuzzi tub was a great touch. The pool was cold and not well-maintained. Enjoyed the complimentary bike rentals for exploring the beach. Overall, the rooms could use some updates.

The hotel is right on the beach, and we could walk straight out to the ocean whenever we wanted, plus it's just a few steps to popular spots like Katie's 33rd Street Cafe and Ben & Jerry's for a quick bite or treat, and not to forget that the Virginia Beach Boardwalk is just about a 15-minute walk away; the staff was super friendly and our room felt spacious and comfy with a nice kitchen too, but the couch cushions could use a little cleaning to make it even better.

Great location and spacious rooms. The suite comfortably accommodated my family of four, and the ocean views felt like a treat. Staff were friendly, and the spa tub was a refreshing touch. The kitchen was functional, even if we only used the refrigerator. parking was a nightmare, especially for larger vehicles. The tight angles made maneuvering difficult, and we ended up parking in an unsecured gravel lot. Check-in was delayed, and many amenities, like laundry and ice machines, were out of service. While the positives stood out, the neglected maintenance and management issues dampened the experience. Improvements in these areas would greatly enhance future stays.

The flat-screen TV was a nice feature, but I found the carpeted floors to be a bit outdated and in need of cleaning or replacing. Housekeeping was generally good, but I did notice some areas that needed more attention, like the stained spa tub in the room. The laundry service was efficient, but I would have appreciated more prompt room cleaning during my stay.

The views are breathtaking, with balconies that offer stunning ocean sights. Waking to beautiful sunrises was a highlight. The kitchenette was handy, especially with a full fridge, but cleanliness was an issue-couch cushions felt grimy and the beds were in dire need of replacement. The location is perfect, just steps from the beach, but the parking garage is cramped and challenging. Ice machines often out of order meant multiple trips to different floors. Despite some maintenance issues, the friendly staff made us feel welcome, and I'd happily return for another stay, hoping for improvements.

We loved the spacious suite, complete with a kitchen, living room, and separate bedroom. The spa tub and large balcony were perfect for a romantic getaway. The location was fantastic, right on the boardwalk with easy access to the beach, Neptune statue, and various restaurants and stores. Plus, the suite was clean and well-equipped for a comfortable stay.

Parking was a nightmare - tight and steep ramps made it difficult to find a spot. Room service was lacking, only cleaning our room on the fourth day.

The outstanding service and friendly staff make for a great stay. Clean rooms with ocean view balconies and some with jacuzzis. Free bikes are a great bonus, and the property is located on a quiet part of Atlantic Ave.
